Ground and reasons
for extending
the provisions of
the
present Dudent Insolvent
Itinance in Houstong with observations
thereon.
For some time part I found that the present Insolvente Erdinance in force
in this Colony had been
effectual for
Ardinary purines after a letton had

to prison for the winding up his estate but that it was ineffectual in all
debtors unable to meet their
cases of
engagements
who had not

into
the prison. The Insolvent Ordinance
applied only to the case
of a debtor in prison
